We are very sorry about the dish soap arriving with a broken cover. In such cases, we always strongly advise our customers to contact us immediately. Regarding the dishwashing liquid, we would like to share that we have recently updated the formula, it is now more viscous and concentrated, designed to deliver effective cleaning while remaining gentle for everyday use.

It’s also important to highlight that gentle formulations can sometimes feel less “strong,” especially if you are used to conventional dishwashing liquids that rely on harsher chemicals. Many traditional detergents use aggressive surfactants and high alkalinity, which can strip oils very quickly, including the natural oils on your skin, causing dryness and irritation.

Our formula works differently. It uses milder, skin-friendly surfactants that break down grease by surrounding and lifting it (a process called emulsification), rather than aggressively stripping it away. This means it cleans effectively while being safer for your hands and more balanced in its action.

For best results, we recommend using the product as directed. Diluting it in a bucket of water can reduce its effectiveness, as it lowers the concentration of the active ingredients responsible for breaking down grease and residue. Using it in its intended form ensures optimal performance.

وحقيقي بنعتذر جدا لحضرتك لو تجربتك مع ريحة كومبليت واش الجديدة 'فول بلوسوم' مكنتش زي ما حضرتك توقعتي.

وحابين بس نوضح لحضرتك الفرق بين فول بلوسوم وفريش بلوسوم، العطرين ليهم طابع زهري مشترك، لكن تركيبات الزهور نفسها مختلفة، وده بيخلق ريحة زهور مميزة وتجارب مختلفة، وكل واحد فيهم بيستمر على الاقمشة لفترة طويلة.

فول بلوسوم بيقدم ريحة زهرية متوازنة وجميلة الي بتعكس احساس الزهور الي لسه مقطوفه و في مراحل تفتحها.
بيجمع نوتات ناعمة ورومانسية من الورد، البيونى، والفريزيا، ممزوجة بلمسات خفيفة من الياسمين، البنفسج والميموزا الي بتدي الاقمشة احساس بالنظافة وانتعاش. الريحة مدعومة بشكل لطيف بأساس مسكي، عنبر ناعم بيضيف دفء وراحة من غير ما يحسسك ان الريحه تقيله باي شكل، وكمان فيه لمحات خضراء وعشبية خفيفة بتعزز الاحساس بالنظافة والاناقة.
العطر ده طويل المدة ومعاه كثافة زهرية لطيفة، متصنف 3 من 5، بيخلق حضور زهري رقيق.

فريش بلوسوم، من ناحية تانية، اغنى وقوي شويه في الكثافة، معمول من باقة متعددة الطبقات من نوتات الزهور.
بيبدأ بريحة منعشة ولامعة من زهرة الليلي اوف ذي فالي، وده بيخلق انطباع اولاني مشرق ونضيف. بعد كده بتهزر ريحه البنفسج، بتضيف دفء ورقي، وفي نفس الوقت الجيرانيوم بيدخل عمق رقيق وردي واخضر الي بيدي العطر بعد إضافي.
الريحة دي بتسيب الغسيل مع نوتة زهرية اكتر، وفي نفس الوقت سلسة ومريحة ومش مزعجة.
فريش بلوسوم ليه كثافة عطرية اعلى، متصنف 4 من 5، وبيدي نوتات زهرية اغنى واكتر وضوح.
