How to use
How to use
For Machine Washing:
1.Sort your laundry by color and fabric type.
2.Pre-treat visible stains (see steps below).
3.Load your washing machine.
4.Tear open one pre-measured sachet.
5.Pour the concentrated gel directly into the detergent drawer.
6.Select the appropriate washing program and temperature (effective from 20°C).
7.Start your machine and let Komplete Wash do the rest.
For Stain Pre-Treatment:
1.Rinse the stained area with cold water.
2.Apply 1–2 drops of Komplete Wash gel directly to the stain (use more for larger stains).
3.Gently rub the gel in with your fingertips and let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
4.Pour the remaining Komplete Wash into the detergent drawer-no need for additional additives.
5.Wash the pre-treated item with the rest of your laundry.
6.If the stain persists, repeat steps 2–4. Do not allow the garment to dry until the stain is removed, as heat can permanently set the stain.
For heavily soiled items, pre-soak in cold water:
1.Use a basin with 5 liters of water
2Add half a sachet of Komplete Wash
3.Soak the garment overnight before washing as usual.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that the product didn’t fully meet your expectations. To better understand and assist, could you please let us know what type of dirt stain it was, how the item was washed (temperature & cycle)?
It’s important to note that pretreating stains before washing can make a significant difference, this applies not only to Komplete detergent but to all detergents. Pretreatment helps to loosen and break down the stain, allowing the detergent to work more effectively during the wash.
Additionally, stains that have been previously washed without being fully removed tend to become set into the fabric. When a stained garment goes through a wash and especially a drying cycle, the combination of water temperature, mechanical action, and heat exposure can cause the stain molecules to bind more firmly to the fabric fibers. This process, often referred to as ‘setting the stain’, makes removal more challenging for any detergent, not only ours. In such cases, additional step, such as using a specialized stain remover, is usually required to break down the residue before washing again.
If you have any fresh stains that haven’t been washed before, we always recommend following our pretreatment process before putting the item in the washing machine. This helps break down the stain on the surface of the fabric, allowing the detergent to work much more effectively during the wash.
Please also note that certain stains, such as rust, paint, permanent markers, and ink, cannot be fully removed in the washing machine alone. These types of stains chemically bond to fabric fibers and require specialized stain removers or professional treatment for effective removal.
