How to use
How to use
For Machine Washing:
1.Sort your laundry by color and fabric type.
2.Pre-treat visible stains (see steps below).
3.Load your washing machine.
4.Tear open one pre-measured sachet.
5.Pour the concentrated gel directly into the detergent drawer.
6.Select the appropriate washing program and temperature (effective from 20°C).
7.Start your machine and let Komplete Wash do the rest.
For Stain Pre-Treatment:
1.Rinse the stained area with cold water.
2.Apply 1–2 drops of Komplete Wash gel directly to the stain (use more for larger stains).
3.Gently rub the gel in with your fingertips and let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
4.Pour the remaining Komplete Wash into the detergent drawer-no need for additional additives.
5.Wash the pre-treated item with the rest of your laundry.
6.If the stain persists, repeat steps 2–4. Do not allow the garment to dry until the stain is removed, as heat can permanently set the stain.
For heavily soiled items, pre-soak in cold water:
1.Use a basin with 5 liters of water
2Add half a sachet of Komplete Wash
3.Soak the garment overnight before washing as usual.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are happy that you liked the product’s scent. Regarding the issue of color fading, we would love to clarify a few important scientific points to help you understand what may have happened.
First, it is impossible for Komplete Wash to cause color fading. Our detergent does not contain any of the harsh chemicals that are responsible for stripping dyes from fabrics.
The main chemical known for causing color fading is caustic soda (sodium hydroxide), a very strong alkaline ingredient found in many traditional detergents. Caustic soda breaks down dye molecules and weakens fibers over time.
Komplete Wash is completely free from caustic soda, LABSA, chlorine bleach, and other aggressive substances that damage colors.
Color fading does not depend on detergent alone. The most common cause is actually the quality of the dye used in the fabric:
* If the dye was not fixed properly during manufacturing
* If low-quality dye was used
* If the dye does not penetrate the fibers deeply
…then the color will naturally bleed and fade with every wash, regardless of the detergent brand. This is especially common in black and dark fabrics, because black dyes are notoriously unstable and manufacturers often mix multiple dye types to achieve deep black, making them more likely to bleed.
Simple test you can do at home
to check whether the fabric dye is unstable, you can try this:
1. Take the clothes that you feel have faded.
2. Soak them in a bucket of plain water for 15–20 minutes (no detergent).
3. Observe the water:
* If the water remains clear, the dye is stable.
* If the water becomes tinted/darker, the dye is bleeding on its own, meaning the fading is caused by the fabric dye quality, not by detergent.
This is a standard textile test used even in fabric laboratories.
If any additional products were added together with Komplete Wash, such as color bleach, softeners, stain removers, or any chemical boosters, this can directly cause color fading. Komplete Wash is formulated to be used alone, without mixing with additives.

Truly a product that does what it says. Many people associate strong scents with a good product. This is not true, I fact it's terrible for your respiratory system. Horrible for kids breathing.
This product uses safe washing and scent ingredients. I see the difference in the colours of my clothes. No more colour fade, no deterioration of the material. It's strong on stains but light in the materials. All colours can be washed and no skin irritation. Further I love the dish soap, soft on hands, no more dry skin. My most favourite is the glass spray. I think I've used it on every single thing in my home. Except the tv. It's a joker in cleaning. Leaves by granite and glass tops clean and streak free.
Love this product. I push it on everyone I meet 😁 it's a hidden gem that doesn't get enough attention. Thank you for these products.
