First of all, we are very sorry that your order arrived damaged and later than expected. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been. This is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, and we take full responsibility for what happened.

Regarding the delivery delay, as mentioned before, due to circumstances that were unfortunately out of our hands, specifically some damage to our stock in the warehouse during the storm at the end of March, our operations had to slow down temporarily while we worked on replenishing and ensuring everything met our quality standards again. That said, we are not using this as an excuse, but simply to explain what may have contributed to the delay. We fully understand that this should not have impacted your experience, and we sincerely apologize for that.

We are also very concerned to hear that you received a Tide Washing Gel instead of Komplete Mist. Our brand does not distribute or include any other detergent brands in our orders, so this is indeed very unusual and something we take very seriously. Could you kindly let us know if the outer packaging or flyer seemed tampered with, or how exactly the order arrived? If you have any photos, that would be extremely helpful for us to review, as we will need to escalate this matter with the shipping company.

At the same time, we are already notifying our operations team to investigate your order internally, including how it was packed, checked, and handed over for delivery. We always double-check orders both by items and by weight, so we want to fully understand how this could have happened.

Regarding the missing sachets, please rest assured that as per our policy, we always replace any damaged or missing items. Kindly contact our customer care team if you have any issue with your order, so they can take care of you right away, we’ll make sure you receive everything you were supposed to.

On a brighter note, we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed Komplete Wash and Komplete Dish, and that Komplete Window met your expectations as well. Your feedback truly means a lot to us. We are sorry that you didn’t receive Komplete Mist as intended, we will be sending it to you, and we really hope you will like it just as much as the rest of our products.
