Where do you deliver?

Once I place my order can I change my delivery address?


If you have made a mistake entering your delivery address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kompleteegypt.com or call us on +20 111 806 1888. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Where’s my package?


Once an order is out for a delivery, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. If you haven’t received a delivery confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please check your ‘spam’ folder.

What if my package arrives damaged?


If your package was damaged during the delivery, please save the box and notify us immediately at info@kompleteegypt.com or call us.
We will arrange for our delivery agent to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged package will be replaced.

 

How do I start a return request?


We are sorry you want to return your purchase. Please contact our customer service team at info@kompleteegypt.com or +20 111 806 1888 in order to start the return process.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) or we can send a POS machine to your door (Visa/Mastercard). 

What’s your return policy?

If you would like to return the product please send us an email to info@kompleteegypt.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will start the return process. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that the package is non-returnable if the product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Do your products have expiration dates?


The expiration date is on the back of every package. 

 

What dosage should I use with Komplete Wash?

 

If your washing machine is 8 Kg or less, one sachet is sufficient for washing and removing stains for one wash. Use 2 sachets if your washing machine is 9 Kg or more.

Do I need to add any additives to Komplete Wash?


Komplete Wash does not require any additives as our formula is already developed for cleaning, stain removing and color enhancing with a balanced scent of freshness..
